CWD Holds 2013 Year-End Assessment
To appraise the performance and accomplishments of all employees, the office holds their annual Year-End Assessment last January 21, 2014 in CWD Office.
The said activity commenced by means of an Opening Remarks of GM Engr. Ralph S. Uy where he discussed the relevance of Mission, Vision and Core Values of the organization in relation to each and everyone's undertaking. Then presentation of report from the three divisions goes after.
The Engineering Division spearheaded by Engr. Miguel P. Macaspag exhibited their range of accomplished projects throughout the year which includes the carrying out of any repairs necessary, technical support for all CWD operations and engineering services. It's currently on-going rehabilitation of pipe lines along Rizal Avenue was also highlighted.
Figures of billing, collections, connections and disconnections of the consumers were portrayed by Mrs. Julia P. Lobriņo, Manager of Commercial Division, and at the same time Mrs. Jessamine Q. Costo, Senior Corporate Accountant A. reported the financial status quo of the organization where company's revenue soar as much as 51.18% from 2012 to 2013.
The Administrative Division presented their accomplishments in providing support services on finance and budget, supplies, materials and equipments, personnel welfare, record management and general services. It was fore fronted by Ms. Eusebia Christina G. Yboa, the Manager of Administrative Division.
Furthermore, each division's subrdinates also delivered their respective report of accomplishment for the past year. Member of the Board of Directors Mrs. Rosario T. Pomida and Mr. Jose A. Mabulay Jr. also witnessed the said activity.
