The System Screen of the Personnel Information Management System (PMIS)
An employee registers her fingerprint for the time record.
The Personnel Management System covers the following:
- Databanking of all Personnel Information (as required in the PDS Form of Civil Service)
- Recording of Daily Time Record through Fingerprint Multimedia System
- Automatic Deduction of lates to the employees leave cards
- Computerized posting of leaves and compensatory time offs (CTO)

This system can generate different reports like:
